a dental patient who did not pay for the services rendered

an old patient wanted to change her denture for a bridge crowns. after preparations and putting temporary crowns, sabi ng patient wala siya pangdown kasi magpapapalit pa raw ng pera kaso gabi na. so the next day na lang ibabalik ung kulang sa down. the next day the patient went back which is beyond after office hours na iccancel na lang daw dung treatment.
honestly, wala nman po problema kung gusto nya magcancel but that was suppose to be before namin gawin ung part namin as dentists ... ikakabit na lang po kasi ung fixed bridge nya un na lang ang kulang. in short hndi na nga po cxa nagdown ng maayos 6 hours cxa ginawa nung time na yun tapos bigla icacancel nya the next day . there is an implication na ililipat nila ng ibang gagawa... which is unfair kasi lahat ng work as a dentist nagawa na kabit na lang kulang kasi nga hndi pa cxa nag fully down.
ung pera is immaterial but the insult and what the patient did is parang niloko nya kami. katwiran nya wala pa nman daw permanent crowns na nakabit.
can we file a case against this patient?

If parties kayo who actually reside in barangays of different cities or municipalities hindi na kailangan dumaan sa barangay.
