Arresto Menor

Good day.

Ask ko lang po kung may kaso ba ang isang manloloko. Hati kasi kami ng bayaw ko magbayad ng kuryente. Monthly inaabot ko yung share ko na 2,700 sa kanya. Tapos paglipas ng 7 months pinutol yung kuryente namin, yun pala yung perang binibigay ko sa kanya hindi nya binabayad sa meralco.

Napakasama talaga ng taong ito, akala nya engot ako. Pede ko bang kasuhan yung ganitong tao? Mababawi ko pa ba yung perang binigay ko sa kanya?
