2nd post.. i need your help.. pwede ko po ba makuha ang full custody ng anak ko kahit may bago akong partner at buntis ngayon? below 7yrs.old po ang bat.

Yes. humingi ka ng tulong sa barangay capt. or local DSWD kung saan sila nakatira sa Aklan.

As a rule, the custody of a child below 7 years of age belongs to the mother. However,this rule is not absolute. The biological father or any interested party may nonetheless petition the court to deprive you of the custody if there are "compelling reasons". i.e. maltreatment of the child, immorality, drug addiction, unemployment,etc. The court will give paramount consideration to the welfare and well-being of the child.

Kasal ba kayo ng ama ng anak mo? dahil kung kasal kayo at buntis ka sa ibang lalaki ay may pinanghahawakan sila! talo ka dyan kapag sinampahan ka ng concubinage, ngunit kung hindi kayo kasal pwede mo silang sampahan ng kidnaping. kung totoong nagsasabwatan ang DSWD at Baranggay ilapit mo kila Tulfo.

hindi po kami kasal nung father ng baby.. sabi po kasi sa dswd kung may bago daw ako kinakasama hindi ko daw makukuha ang custody ng anak ko.. at yung barangay sa lugar nila sumasama sa conferrence namin nung lalake kasi yung custody daw dapat sa lalake.. sa magulang umaasa yung lalake lalo na hindi talaga sya responsable..

Malaki ang habol mo dyan kapag di kasal automatic sa iyo ang anak mo! kailangan mong magsampa ng demanda para magkaalaman! wag kang maniniwala sa sabi-sabi ng DSWD dahil hindi naman sila mga abogado at sa abogado mo lang malalaman ang rights mo!
