Hi,

I am currently abroad and is there any way to know if someone files a case against you while you're away overseas? Like will someone send me a notice or something to my home address in pinas or notify me via email?

Depende sa kaso yan! kung murder siguradong dampot ka pag lapag mo pa lang sa airport!

nope, definitely hindi murder pero any other cases? mapapadalhan ba ko ng notice sa address ko sa pinas kung may magkakaso sa kin ng kahit na anong case?

possible! kaya dapat super TNT ka na lang sa abroad for years hanggang mabigyan ka ng Citizenship then you don't need to come home! Wink at wag ng gumawa ng ikasasama ulit para di makasuhan! Smile

naku, mahirap mag tnt ayoko gawin yun. Namimiss ko na nga umuwi pero napapaisip lang ako baka may mga taong gusto magkaso sa kin ng kung ano ano, mahirap na baka bigla na lang ako damputin sa airport Sad

malalaman mo naman kung may kaso ka dahil padadalhan ka ng subpoena sa address mo!
