Wala yatang standard fees for attorney consultation, eh? Ako nagconsult ako re: reconstitution of a lost title, After the consultation his secretary asked me to pay P500. Aren't there free legal advice from pinoy attorneys in Manila?

I think it really depends on the lawyer and the amount of work to be done on his/her part. There is really no "standard" fees. Some says 500 is the initial consultation fee.
