I would like to ask lang po if there's a case we can file against someone who is verbally abusive. I am working in a hotel and we have this regular guest na always calling the associates "stupid! monkeys!, You are fucking stupid!". He is an Indian guest and everytime he would say something, we could hardly understand. If We try to answer him, it seems na lahat ng isasagot namin ay mali para sa kanya. Hindi nga po namin alam kung bakit hindi siya blacklisted sa hotel na super pangit ng ugali niya. I want to ask lang po sana kung anong kasong case yong appropriate for this kung meron man po.
