Hi, the lot title is under my mother's maiden name.she is still single now.we are processing deed of donation and title transfer under my name.im married but me and my husband parted ways four yrs ago.is it ok if i transfer it to my maiden name? Or if it will be transfered to my married name will it be conjugal since our separation is not legal?

yes, you can transfer it to your maiden name, be sure you still have enough valid identifications or gov`t issued ID`s bearing your maiden name. Yes, if used with your husband`s surname, then it is obviously conjugal but you can sell it or donate even without your husband`s consent and signatures, problem only arise when you leave this world, your husband has the right to posses the said property.
