Hi,

While waiting for a reply on my previous thread, I suddenly thought of what happened few days ago. My ex wife sent me emails particularly accusing me that I hack her Facebook account. Even I already told her that I don't even know how to hack, she keeps on insisting and telling everyone that I am desperate to get information that's why I did it. It's adding stress to what I'm going.

Is there any legal way I can file against her because of her false accusations?

how do you know that she is telling everyone? you can try to write a demand letter to her to stop spreading these defamatory remarks. if you want to take some form of action, file a complaint at her barangay first.
