Hi po nagtayo po ako ng online shop pero yung mga item ko po hindi ko nadeliver sa mga tao,, naibalik ko nmn po yung mga pera ng ibamg tao na umorder sakin peroyung sa iba po hindi ko nasend. Then i recieved a subpoena from nbi po na nag file ng case skin isang certain na buyer ko. Peroyung buyer po na yun is narefundan ko napera. Alledged cyberfraud or estafa po nakalagay. Ano po magaandang gawin ko?ang advice poskon ng lawyer is baka dawpag pinuntahan ko maset up ako. Pwede ko po ba hindi nlng sya pansinin?

Pleasehelp me po. Willing naman po ako bayaran yung sa ibaperosiguro in settlement po. Or pwede ko po ba wag na lng puntahan?
