Hi Guys.
I was just wondering, which agency should be approached if a former foreign employer is threatening lawsuit for acts done while under his employ in a foreign land?
I know criminal offenses generally has to be committed in the country to be actionable. But the thing is, this foreign employer used a Filipino as a dummy in buying a condo here. Unnecessary actually kasi hindi naman sya prohibited. Ayaw lang nya magcomply sa requirements. The Filipino has no problem turning over the property when he decided to leave the job. Kaso the foreign employer took the resignation badly and medyo namemersonal. He is using the Filipino's other friends and may isang pinagkakautangan ung Filipino na Pinoy din but the loan was also contracted abroad, para maipit at masira ung Filipino dito kahit wala syang problem itransfer ang property and hindi nya tinatakbuhan ung personal loan nya.
