Arresto Menor

Pano po kontrahin ang demanda ng malicious gossip. Kasi meron po akong family member na dinemanda na kesyo nang chichismis siya ng isang tao. tapos ung tao na un dinemanda siya w/c is hindi naman totoo. napunta muna sa brgy tapos na dismiss ng brgy captain ang usapan kasi wala naman ngang hahantungan ang mga alegasyon nila sa a relative ko. tapos after few months ayun nanaman nandedemanda ung tao at pina aresto pa ang relative ko at pwede po ba talaga idemanda ang isang tao na akala mo e chinichismis ka niya w/o any proof na ganon nga ang ginagawa.
