I have the same problem is there any one who can help. My father doesn't have supporting documents with my brother's name on it since he was unemployed before my brother's birth.

i have the same problem with my half brother, since my father died and he was not able to sign the acknowledgement/admission of paternity at the back of my half brother's birth certificate...
