Arresto Menor

we held our wedding in one of the well known restaurant in cabanatuan. On the following day we received text messages from our guests that they suffered from vomiting, severe headache, stomach cramps, chilling and lbm . On the next day the number of people who suffered from the same symptoms increase, text messages and phone calls were received. We informed the reataurant by calling them twice to inform the inccident. they told us that they will inform the management. we tell them that we will personaly visit them and report the case. We also send email because the hotel manager advice us so that the management will take action, still no action from them. We decided to file a formal complaint letter and the event incharge received it. we also us the advice of the city health office and they said that legal action must be done. almost 50 plus people suffered. some have medical certificates. text message were also save and they are very willing to make statements. Kindly help us what to do? until know the restaurant management is silent.
