I AM BEING BLACKMAIL PLEASE SOME HELP

I need some advice regarding my current situation. I am a a filipina and I am in the philipines right now, I had a relationship with an American guy who is from Nevada he took some nude pictures of me and videos which he is using right now to blackmail me since our relationship did not worked as hoped for. He have exposed the photos online before on facebook and added all my family and friends to put me on shame and that time i get back with him to stop him but now im too tired to put up with it.. I want to file a complaint against him but how to i do it when im in the philippines and his in America? please I am going thru a very rough time right now and I am needing some help so bad... i look forward for some respond.. thank you

ano ba yung FB account nya? (joke lang!) in the US, you can reach out to law enforcement and you can pursue the matter in civil court by retaining a qualified attorney. In the Philippines, I think, we have also law like that but the problem, he is in the US while you are in PI. Try to report that to FB team...

look for a group who can help you in the United States or the police authorities where he resides. I believe they may investigate this if you are able to show proof of his identity.

how about po if locally nangyari yang ganyang case,sa phils. lang. both filipino at both nasa pilipinas yung guy at c gf? pwede lang bang magturo yung girl na yung dati nyang bf ang naglabas nun, kung kalat na to sa internet,hindi lang sa fb.,pati sa mga porn sites,makkita nadin.pano hahabulin ni gf yun?

@unlisted, if matatandaan natin yung isang scandal video din ng isang filipina na minor age na na-upload sa pornsites. na inilabas sa "imbistigador" (mike enriquez) tru police assist and city mayor sa lugar nila. nag request sila sa pornsite admin to remove the said video. and even PNOY do the same thing. but pornsite admin ignore them.

pero sa tulfo brothers nila inilapit.. ayun. tanggal ang video at na iposas ang suspect sa pag kakalat ng video.

i agreed with atty and homen. its realy hard to sue a case sa ganyang situation lalo na his outside the country. for them its just nothing kahit maipahuli mo pa sya don..

the best thing is report to fb team. kya lng kahit ma block yan sa fb? as long as may back up copy sya ng nasabing video? mahirap ng magawan ng paraan yan..

but if your really serious sa case na yan? try mo kay tulfo. bka karerin nila isue na yan..

use id locker, id blocker, spamer and grabler. get the primary email add don sa fb na ginamit nya.. then lock it.

unlisted, she can file a complaint at the cyber crime division of the pnp or the nbi.
