ADULTERY / the other party plead GUILTY

Hi goodmorning, my husband filed a case against me in two different courts, both adultery, now THE OTHER MAN has been sent to jail kasi wala siyang pang bayad sa bail for 8 counts of adultery, now during our arraignment the guy pleaded GUILTY FOR THE CHARGE ADULTERY of 8 counts, can i ask of what are the circumstances that i may face and will this be an enough reason for the court to send me also to jail if I PLEAEDED NOT GUILTY?

only if he serves as witness, but his admission during arraignment will not affect you

The problem here since your "partner in crime" has pleaded guilty and has been now discharged to be a witness, then it would be "easier" now to prove the offense charged.

But as it has been repeatedly mentioned by attyLLL, should you get convicted you can always apply for probation.

Is there no other way to dismiss the case? My husband and his family hide from the arresting officers for months and they also offered be to plea guilty but i refuse thats why they talk to man who is in jail and offered him the same.

And how can that happened he can be discharged from the case it that possible for adultery?

one sneaky way to have the case dismissed is to have sex with your husband. the court will consider that as reconciliation.

but if they are not appearing, then the case will be eventually dismissed.

No what i mean is its me they are the one whos protecting me from the police officers when im still out and not posting for my bail yet. Well having sex with my husband again is far too impossible.

as attyLLL said. "sneaky way" if you want to end this thing.? u have to do it. or? ask forgivenes and reconcile so that the case will be dismised.

but it seems like your husband really wants you in jail.. the other man stand as a witness now. so he might be dismised maybe..

Kung 8 counts of adultery ang pinag file sayo in a two different courts with separate evidences, and different time you committed adultery siguradong kulong ka!. Maari ka lng makapag apply ng probation isang beses lng sa iyong buhay! Since na 8 counts in two different courts only in the first court pwede mong ma iapply ang probation! Sa pangalawa kaso mo tiyak na bubunuin mo ang sentensya sa kulungan. Dito ako nagkamali I filed 3 counts of adultery sa isang korte lng. Kaya hindi nakulong..Dapat talaga sa inyo adulterer at ang paramoure ninyo pag caught in the act barilin agad. Tapos ang kaso! Yun ang sabi ng atty. ko!

so you mean the guy was discharged by the court to become a state witness?

what other evidence does your husband have?

@attyLLL sa other court po, nagplea of guilt si guy with the condition na iwiwithdraw yung other case sa ibang court, and ginawa po siya state witness and now applying for probation. Atty as far as i know text messages and my self confessions lng ang meron siya.

Kung hindi naman talaga totoo ang ginawa mo na sabi mo nga "Hindi lahat ng kinasuhan ng adultery eh totoo" Wala kang dapat ikatakot o ikagalit!?? Hindi ko nahuli sa akto., Ang pag plead lng ng guilty ay sapat ng ebidensya para ma convict ka. Sa unang hanggang 3 hearing Parehong nag Plead ng Not Guilty. Sa pang apat nag Plead ng Guilty! kaya binasahan agad ng sentensya. Sa unang pag file ko ng kaso, mga text messages lng ang ebidensya ko.,at yung mga time na umalis na ng bahay ang magaling ko asawa., pictures na magkasama sila,. Hindi ko nahuli sa akto. Pero pinahuli ko sa pulis na magkasama sila., dapat hindi digital dapat yung merong film., hindi tinatanggap sa korte ang digital pictures. Kailangan naka state lahat yan pag file mo ng kaso.

My intention ay para sa mga Adulterer na bumabasa hindi sa kanya..Dahil kung sa kanya "Sayo" ang gagamitin ko which means isang tao lng tinutukoy ko o para sa kanya. Ang words na ginamit ko ay "Sa Inyo" Maramihan, which is para sa mga Adulterer na bumabasa "Sa Inyo Adulterer" the readers who committed adultery hindi "Sayo" Dahil kung sa kanya Ganito ang sasabihin ko "Dapat talaga sayo or sa kagaya mo adulterer at paramoure mo pag caught in the act barilin agad"

Kahit sa kaso, during interrogation pag nagkamali ka lng or nag react ka sa technical question ng abagodo madali ka talagang ijudged agad ng judge. Wala pa ngang direktang tanong or sinasabi sayo nag rereact ka agad, sa korte ano man ang sabihin mo ay maaring gawing depensa or ebidensya laban sayo. Saka di siguro nabasa yung sa hulihan na sinabi ko. "Sabi ng Atty. Ko!" why hated me? Kuha mo!?

Guys do you have an idea about habeas corpus kinuha kasi ng husband ko ang one month old baby ko nung napatunayan niya na anak niya tlaga ang bata sinampahan niya ko ng casee dahil sa tsismis na anak ng iba ang btaang dinadala ko.
