Magandang umaga, tanung ko lang po,
if The creditor is allowed to harass me to surrender my vehicle in the midnight and in front of my house.
ito po kasi yung nang yari ka gabi pinipilit nilang kunin yung vehicle ko kahit na may bnibigay akong promissory note and i promise by next month na mag babayad na ako.
