Hi,
I'd just like to ask if I could file my resignation before the last day on my contract.
For example, my bond or contract is from September 1, 2012 to September 1, 2013. We are required to render 2 months for turnover and completion of current projects.
Can I submit my letter of resignation on July 1, while indicating that my last day would be September 2, 2013? Or would that still be a breach of contract?
