Can I file for an immediate resignation with cause, citing non-remittance of mandatory benefits such as SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth and non-remittance of my full payment of personal loan to SSS under the terms and conditions of Article 285 Inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative?
