VAWC REPUBLIC ACT 9262 i filed a TPO

Bothered ako kc i filed for a tpo and since ang prayer ng attorney ko was to be granted a TPO in 24 hours.... nag serve ng papers dun sa respondent. now he has a copy of my petition where he knows everything i am claiming and asking for my things back....
ang fear ko, di ko na makukuha mga gamit ko dun sa bahay nila. kc he has sufficient time to dispose of all of this so that he may protect his innocence. tapos may copy pa sya ng affidavit ng statement ng kaibigan ko which puts her life in danger na kc nga he threatened to kill me.... e kung ako nga kaya nya pagtangkaan, e kaibigan ko pa. why cant the law just request his presence without giving him pati statement ng friend ko?
lalo na if the court can see na i am asking for my stuff at ayaw naman ibigay tapos ngayon may copy sya non. labo naman... e kung ayaw nga ng tao ibalik ang gamit ko. why would the court think na he would keep them in his house after being served legal papers.

i am now afraid not only for my life but for my friends life who made a statement so as to validate my claim. why does he have to see that? testimony ng kaibigan ko yon eh. ano paki nya kung pano ko papatunayan yung allegations ko? naaawa ako sa kung ano possible na gawin nya sa kaibigan ko para lang ma-protect ang image nya na wala makakapag-testify sa kanya.
