Custody of kids

Got a friend, she has a philandering husband, he has not been working since they got married a decade ago. They have two girls who have been brainwashed by the father and are already more than 7y/o.

Sinabihan na cya ng asawa nya na ayaw na nito sa kanya. Ang kaibigan ko nagtitiis, sobrang di nya maiwan ang anak nya and asks what she could do para masigurado na pagalis nya masasama nya ang anak nya, being the rightful parent, sapat ang kita, masipag, matinong ina at god fearing and all.

Please help. And kindly give your contact info where we can personally go to seek legal adv should we need to file a case and the cheapest rate we can get as to the services we'd be given.

the husband threatens not to take the kids w/ her. what's the next step to prevent him from taking the kids. they have a condo and chevy which the husband's mother bought for them and the husband's being supported by the mom (being a bum) kaya malaki ang ulo. what are the first steps in getting a case filed and on which ground? pls email me

it will be foolish to file a case while they are all still living together. all she needs is the courage to move out with the children.

of course she needs to prepare first. where they will stay, new stuff, etc. then one day, just walk out the door and move. the legal fight can happen later but at least she already has the children with her.

the kids are already with her as they're staying on her mom's place for a vacation. she's now getting their things from their home, without the husband noticing.now for sure, by may,just prior to the start of school, he'll be out of place and is expected na magwala, when he notices they won't be coming back.

that's when my friend needs to be equipped with a case filed against him.

if he threatens her with violence, she can request the court for a protection order.
