Pwede bang maging basehan ng nullity of marriage kung saan hindi naka pirma ang Father ko sa Marriage Certificate? Instead yung pangalan ng Uncle ang nakalagay na father ko ang nakapirma dito?

25 age poh ako ikinasal..bakit poh ba "its too late to use that ground" kung applicable poh ito? paki explain lng poh. Ibig po bang sabihin pwede kung gamiton itong dahilan para mapawalang bisa ko ang kasal ko?

if you were 25 when you were married, then it wasn't applicable in the first place. the irregularity of your father's signature was NOT basis to annul your marriage
