good day,
I need help on my problem with my Ex-gf borrowing my puppy and now refusing to return it.. She borrowed it like 6-days ago. pmunta po sha sa haus ko when I was gone and borrowed it from my mom.. she promised to return it the next day.. but when that day come she said "tomorrow nlng po". then that day come, ganun ulit.. the third day she sent me a message saying "sa akin nlng muna ang puppy.ndi nmn sha naaalagaan jan and kinukulong mo lng sha." My reply was "ndi pwede, paki balik bukas." So I thought she'd understand my text and just return it.
The following day when i got back from work I was surprised coz she hasn't returned the ppu yet.. that's when we started to call her.. she didn't answer any of out calls.. no reply on all the messages we sent her.. the problem is I have no idea where she is currently living in. she hid from us.. I made an effort of texting her asking where she lives so I can pick up my puppy, but to no avail. Then I decided to file a blotter report on our brgy..I was told to go to where she works and talk to the HR.. I went to the brgy where her ofis is in.. brgy officer was nice enough to go to her office to talk to her. but she wasnt their.. hr promised that they'll talk to her and will give us an update.
Worried, I posted picture of my puppy with all our common friends tag in hope of getting an info regarding her whereabouts.. Then, she started texting and harassing me, my new GF and my family.. she is demanding me to post a public apology pra ibalik nya puppy ko.. sbi ko "so pagngapologize ako babalik mo c Hachi(my pup)" She replied "dpende". now she's forcing my mom to sign a demand letter stating that I commited defamation and i harassed her online..
the problem is nsa knya po ung puppy ko and ngddemand n sha.. shouldn't she surrender it to PAWS or anything? (btw, the pup is NOT maltreated.)
mali po ba ginawa ko ngpost ako sa Facebook? un lng po way ko pra mlaman san sha ngsstay.. coz her ofis wont give that info..
Is what she did considered estafa? what actions should i take? I dont want to akme a big deal out of it. i just want mu puppy back..
