Arresto Menor

I discovered that my coteacher here in Thailand is using a fake diploma and transcript, what is his case and is there any punishment? sorry i don't know the legal term.

How sure are you? Have you verified it to Ministry of Education? If you are not sure you might as well back off as he/she can sue you back!
