in what legal aspect can i ask for deportation of my husband and his mistress?

my husband and i are legally married.we are now working here po sa kuwait.nauna po syang pumunta sa akin dito sa kuwait and sumunod lang po ako dito because of his will,pero when i came here sa kuwait we are not good.and di po kami nagsama,until one day as i seen the pictures of him and her mistress.And nagsasama po sila in one roof right now here sa kuwait without marriage.
and sa case po ngaun hindi po sya nagsusustento sa anak nmin.even na mas malaki ang sinasahod nya sa akin.plus pa the fact that when i like to talk to him ung girl po ung nakakausap ko and worst now is the girl always sending me mallicious msg, I heard that somebody already deported because he is not supporting for his child,how can i do the same.

i recommend you go to owwa or poea there in kuwait. you may have some remedies under kuwaiti law
