what is the legal action i can do for my husband and his mistress

my husband and i had a relationship since 2004,i gave birth with my son 2008 but we never get married yet.i left our country and decided to work outside, after 1year and half working outside i heard that he had a relationship with other lady...2010 i came back for my vacation,he offered me marriage, and we got married on October 14, 2010 but after 11 days i left the country again and go back to work, until then i heard that his relationship with the girl continous and got worst since they are both living in my husband house along with his family,he is working as a government official and having a regular income ,but unforetunately he never gave any support for our son, while he has upcoming baby with his mistress....can you advice me of what legal action i can do for both of them. looking for any response . thanks

You can file concubinage. since the mistress is pregnant and they are living together, malaki ang chance mo.

what will be the consequences on the two of them when i file a concubinage case for my husband and his mistress. is it possible to ask for a free lawyer where i can get help regarding this matter. Cause i dont have any savings to support a fee for a lawyer to pursue a legal case like this. thanks for the advice
