Arresto Menor

Bumili po kami ng lupa sa pamamagitan ng hulugan sa loob ng limang taon. Updated po kami sa pagbabayad at advance pa po kami ng isang buwan batay sa nilagdaan naming kasunduan. Pangalawa, ang halaga po na dapat naming bayaran kada buwan ay P 2,337.00 pero ang ibinabayad namin kada buwan ay P2,350.00.Ang problema po ay hindi ni remit lahat ng broker ang aming mga naibayad sa mismong may-ari ng subdivision. Sa ngayon po ay dun na kami nagbabayad sa mismong may-ari ng subdivision.Pinipilit po kami ng may ari ng subdivision na bayaran ang accumulated penalty dahil sa hindi nga na remit lahat ng broker ang aming mga naibayad.
Makatwiran o makatarungan po ba na kami ang managot na magbayad sa penalty na di naman kami ang may gawa? Salamat po ng marami sa inyong tulong.

If you can show official receipts that you, indeed, made those payments, the company should honor those receipts. After all, it was their duly designated agent that received those payments. It is wrong for the company to hold someone to the public as its representative, only to repudiate transactions made to him in good faith. This is the common law doctrine of "Estoppel".


The government agency that has control and supervision over subdivision projects is the (HLURB) Housing Land Use and Regulatory Board. Visit their office and lodge your complaint.
