Arresto Menor

the incident happened today at 12:05 noon.
Our car was supposed to turn left when suddenly a motorcycle with a passenger hit us.
The driver of the motorcycle admitted that she was not able to see the signal.
She and her passenger got bruises and abrasions due to their fall.
We brought them immediately to the Health center since the hospital was too far.
We have not asked for any police or brgy. intervention.
The motorcyle have an expired license and the driver have no license too.

Are there any way that they will sue us or anything?
Please reply.

Just help them as i believe you are Christians. keep receipts of whatever medical expenses you shouldered for them for future reference.

in case they still file a case against your driver, granting you have told me the truth and every necessary fact, you have a strong case because their violations of the Traffic Code will be taken against them.

a person involved in a vehicular accident is presumed to be at fault if at the time of the accident, that person is found violating the Traffic Code (in your problem, lack of license and unregistered vehicle).
