Now, after we just switched to a new Payroll System, reports and escalations of huge amounts of discrepancies in our payslips had arised. I was concerned because these malicious discrepancies were experienced by majority of the employees including my self. Despite the accounting errors on the system, it was still a big burden and was a great hassle in our part which affects our daily compensation needs with wrong calculations that also matters. Such company's mediocrity was even repeated on the last recent three paydays (Feb10-Feb25-Mar10) due to erroneous inputs on the system that had caused major finacial problems to us common employees just earning a living. So my point is, can I raise a legal dispute against my company for false reports on our payslips and delays of our pay. Please help!
