Arresto Menor

Good Afternoon to All.

I have a 252 lot in Vista Verde Cainta. I am planning to sell half of it. How can I go about getting two separate titles? Sorry, not sure if this is the right forum. Anyone who has similar experience, please share. Thanks.

Reclusion Temporal

get a subdivision plan showing the lot divided into two. then sell the portion you want to dispose based on the subdivision plan. Your title will be partially cancelled insofar as the portion you have sold. The buyer can get a new title for his purchased lot.
