Filipina with registered Lending bizness borrowed P2 million with a legal notorised Contract Of Investment to be placed in her Lending. (Manager said She never put my P2m in the Lending). I was was paid the Agreed Interest for a time then it ceased. Lending bizness was closed, She NEVER returned any of my P2m... Atty please advise me if I can get back my P2m and what case do I file?.. She OWNS a Resort, big family home, many properties that was Colatrol in her Lending...
