Hi, Im writting on behalf of my sister in law. She was married to a japanese in the Philippines, it was an arranged marriage so she can have visa to Japan. Maeexpire na ang visa nya June next year, she is in Japan right now she mannage to get all her divorced papers. Nafinal na at divorce na sila. Now shes having a japanese bf, and planning to get married. My question is what will be her action for annulment application in Philippines. I assume mas madali n lng ang process or it will go through the normal process?

Please need you advice, thank you in advance!

it won't be for annulment but for recognition of foreign judgment. however, those docs need to be properly authenticated and translated
