Children's financial benefit from there deceased father

Hi Attorney good day,
My Aunt asked me to inquire to you kind moderators and Charitable Lawyers Sir regarding her problem on her daughter in Law.
Aunt's son died long ago, leaving 3 children on his wife. His SSS beneficiaries, his children,are still young. Thus, his wife claims all the monetary benefits however, she ain't giving them there needs. Nagmumukhang kawawa at madudungis daw po mga bata and even the things needed sa schooling po nila e di binibilhan Attorney, as claimed by the children when asked by the Lola nung nagkita po sila at napansing sira sira pati mga spatos ng mga bata. Furthermore, may kinakasama na pong iba yung Daughter in law.

What does the Law prescribes for this situation Attorney? Meron po bang magagawa yung Mother nung namatay(lola ng mga bata)?

if meron pong pwedeng gawin, anu po yun Attorney? At anu po ang processo po Attorney?
