Hi Atty!

I run into 2 estafa cases and 1 civil case for bounced checks and unpaid debts respectively. They are already in court now. My estafa cases are already scheduled for arraignment and the civil case is already on-going sa court. My question po ako Atty. Meron ba itong impact sa NBI clearance ko at ano ho 'yon? How about po sa pagkuha ko ng Police Clearance, meron ho bang impact din? I am planning kasi to go abroad in 5 years time and ano ang gagawin ko na proseso para wala akong hitches sa NBI and Police records ko.

Please help me.
