Arresto Menor

Hi po! just like to ask, pagka po ba may HIT ka sa nbi clearance, ibig sabihin po may kaso ka? kasi ang sabe po sakin, kunin ko ng 3/23 ung clearance ko, wala naman special instructions? meaning may kapangalan lng po ba or may kaso?

tsaka po nakakuha na ako ng police clearance, wala naman nakalagay na pending or filed case sa police clearance ko.
