Wala rin increase nangyari. Tapos ngayon po ung ibang naredundate pinabalik na dahil kulang sa tao. nakakuha na sila ng redundancy pay tapos mas mataas pa basic pay nila ngayon kesa sa naiwan na employee pero same rank lng naman.
