i have friends and relatives here and abroad, and may natatangap kami from abroad na kung ano anong items, ung maintenance drug/parang supplement ng isang relative ko ay nanggagaling pa sa usa,namatay na nga lang sya recently, also minsan cd's gamit sa school and other stuff, kapag po ba dumaan sa custom ay ok na un, or baka idedeliver samin tapos later hahanapin samin ung items and hihingan ng bayad

if you have brought the item home, then they cannot just conduct a raid without a search warrant.

the state is not precluded from filing a case against you in spite of the negligence of its employees.

if the drugs are not regulated, i don't believe it is a crime to send them here.

the optical media act requires import permits. i think there's a number of discs in the implementing rules.
