i am planning to voluntary resign on our company due to personal and company problem.

When you say, "voluntary resign", are you worried that there will be some radical company decision that will gravely affect your status as an employee, that's why you are contemplating on resigning ahead of it?
You're entitled to legitimate claims upon your resignation like unpaid SSS obligations, Philhealth, separation pay etc unless you have a derogatory record in the company which would warrant your legal dismissal.
Your boss cannot deny your right for legitimate claims.
