eh atty ano po ibig sabihin nito, na it can be considered child pornography nga ung movie na un starring an adult actress pero ang role nya is that of an 18 yr old girl
does that mean na pag nagtopless sya ay child pornography na un at bawal na dapat un, pero why binebenta ung movie ng viva yata un?

para po kasing malabo ang batas, the actress was over 18 pero ang role nya is that of a child, pero role lang po ito and lahat naman ng manunuod know na hindi sya child in real life, hindi po kaya ang tinutukoy ng law na un ay KAPAG ANG ISANG BABAE AY IPINAKITA SA ISANG VIDEO WHEREIN PINALABAS SA VIDEO NA SYA AY CHILD, THERFORE ANG MANUNUOD TALAGANG ANG BUONG AKALA AY BATA SYA, UNLIKE SA MOVIE NA ALAM NG LAHAT NA ADULT NA SYA

kasi po if applicable ang law sa moive na un, lalabas pwede magdemanda si actress, at pati mga taong may copy ng dvd ay pwede makulong kasi po possession yun di po ba, buti na lang naipamigay ko na ung dvd

ganto kasi, may mga movies na ginawa before the law, so talagang pasado ang mga movies na ito kasi wala pang law nung gawin at ipasa ang movie

pero now na may law na,dba dapat lang kumilos ang mtrcb or optical media or sinman na resposable
and to me, dapat ipull out ito sa mga malls etc, ofcourse mahirap mapull out to sa mga bangketa selling pirated videos

My opinion : No, you cant file a case against the person who bought the said film, that would be against his rights. But you can file a criminal case to such person who distribute, sell or manufacture such pornography.

Hindi ganun ka dali to charge the film company / industries of child pornography, as you could see, it will went through to the MTCRB scrutiny each of every single film we have, when they approved it, then the show must go on. That is why they have rated it in accordance with the film, General Patronage, Adult, Rated - 18 etc... so they couldn't be blame if a minor enters to a cinema and saw a such adult movies. the owner of the cinema will be punished and the reason of MTCRB is that they have exercised their capacity / authority before publication of such movies.

un pong sinabi nyo na u cant file a case against the person kasi ito ay against his rights, pwede po bang gamitin nung tao ung rights nya gayung malinaw sa law na un na bawal ang possession

bpljr, you have to pass the first test whether the material is pornographic. to date there is no clear legal basis when to declare a work as pornographic.
