i was maried when i was 19.. after a few years, i got afair into another girl. then natapos din yun. then my wife left me and she took our daughter. its been almost 10 years na lumipas and we dont have any comunication. but now naka balita ako sa kanya and posible may kinakasama na syang iba. malakas ba laban ko if ever may file ako ng case againts them.?

maybe concubinage or adultery? actualy malakas naman cguro case ko kahit decades ago na wla kami comunication. nag ka afair din ako sa iba but wla sya alam don. heheheh wla lng. i just want lng na guluhin cla:) i have the rights right? then i will ask monetary damage pwde diba?

What for? if you get the monetary damage after that are you happy with it? Think about it revenge is not good return to any body. Remember you have fault also.

yes i knw. but stil ako ang legal husband. she left me decades ago after she find out na nka bunstis ako ng iba. pero di ko naman yun tinuluyan. then sa ngayun hapy ako at nakikipag gf din. pero di nya alam kc wla kami comunication and i dnt knw wer the hell she is sa mga taong lumipas. but now my cousin saw her with a hapy life with some1 else. so gusto ko lng sila guluhin. ako ang legal so malakas ang kaso ko diba? yun lng ang tanong ko. salamat
