Goodmorning po, ask lng po if magpprosper sa court if magffile ng slander by deed, eto po ang situation.

Si A ay superior nila X, Y, and Z sa isang BPO company. Nagfile ng malicious complaint sila X, Y, and Z against kay A sa company at sinabing ginagamit daw ni A ung funds for personal use na hindi naman totoo.

Reclusion Perpetua

Not slander by deed. Slander by deed is when you do some things or acts that tend to cast dishonor, discredit or contempt upon another person. Procedural process of law allows A to file counter-claim as a remedy for malicious prosecution.
