Good day!!

Valid po ba ang kasal kung ang isang lalaki ay gumamit ng ibang pangalan sa 2nd marriage nya? and to think na ang ginamit nyang name is yung name nya sa birth certificate nya? Though he was also married on his first wife using a different name?

Any marriage is considered valid until declared by the court as void. Sa binangit mo a scenario, malinaw na nag-commit ng bigamy ang lalaki, pero kailangan itong patunyan sa korte para mapawalang bisa ang pangalawang kasal.
