Goodday!
I've an illegitimate child to a married man whom i met abroad and became my bf for more than a year. Btw, im single... Im aware he's married but love misled me to where i am now:( he took advantage of that love until i got pregnant. when i was 3mos. Pregnant he was forced to go back to phil coz he was retrenched. So he went back to his family and slowly his heart also went back to his family. We still communicate though, for d baby...
He was tryin to get an affidavit of paternity acknowledgment when his wife learnt about everything and stopped him for sending d affidavit. My questions are 1. Can d wife sue me, since all d scenarios happened abroad? 2. Can i file a demand letter of support for our son? 3. Does my son have any rights at all? I've read here that an illegitimate child's heir is 1/2 of the heir of a legitimate child. Pls advise me on these. Coz i really want d guy to face d consequences of his actions too. As i am now. Now he wants his marriage to be fixed. He then told his wife that we only had a 1night stand and denies everything about us. he acknowledges our son though. But seriously, i was his gf for more than a year:( but IVE NO MOTIVES OF GETTING BACK WITH HIM HONESTLY. I juz want him to be a "dad" to my son... Pls advice.

if he refuses to give support and the affidavit or sign the birth cert, the remedy is to file a complaint for compulsory acknowledgment in court. you may have to request a dna test.

Thank u so much for the advice Atty.
i have follow up questions: my ex and i totally stopped communicating since his wife learnt everything but then his wife keeps harrassing me til now. I then blocked their accounts in all social networking sites so she cant message me and also ignored her text messages. But what she did was she created a NEW account and she used my name. D worse part is under INFO she used vulgar words like pokpok, slut and puta in updating d bio, city, etc... One more thing, Her husband told her my password and she opened my fb, ym and skype accounts(i used only 1 pw in all my accounts) and she also change the bio of one of my accounts to vulgar words and added email addresses containing vulgarities!
1. I know i am a mistress and i acknowledged my mistakes and very sorry about it, but does she has d right to do that to my accounts? 1a.) is this covered by cybercrime law? 2. What case can i file against her husband for disclosing my pw? 3. Can i use her messages containing vulgar words to file harrassment against her? 4. Can she still sue me for monetary damages tho d scenario happened abroad? Coz she said she'll sue me using d conversations she has stolen in my accounts. 5. They said they're broke can i still demand for child support coz i too have no work now and im almost about to run out financially. Pls help. Ive been very quiet and never bother their serene life already but his wife keeps messaging me vulgarities. What will i do to stop her? Thank you!

yes, it's covered by cybercrime and other laws, but very difficult to prove. you can file a complaint at the nbi or pnp cybercrime division in crame.

yes, she can claim damages from you, and you can still seek support if you can prove that he is the father.
