i am currently on my 7th month of employment and due to personal issues, i am planning to resign on my 10th month...i never signed any contract since i started but according to my coworkers, we are under a 2-year contract with our employer...
will i be facing problems if i resign before the 2 yr period? i have read of the employment bonds issues here and not having a written contract, how do i know of the terms and conditions of my work?
