No NSO copy of BC but been legally married? Is that possible?

Anyone, pls help.. Ask ko lang po kung masasabi bang valid ang kasal kung wala naman pong NSO copy ng birthcirtificate ang isang ngpakasal? Pero we already saw and check the CENOMAR and it was written there na kasal nga po sya using that name. Pwede po pala mgpakasal kahit walang NSO copy ng BC?

possible. i think BC from local registrar is enough.
