Good morning Attorney,

What would be the best option to do.

I have a property taken in 2007 without single help from my husband. He is nowhere to be found after marriage 2001.

Now I have to take up loan (refinancing) from bank. Is there any reason where bank would defer my application because of lack of finality (court order) in releasing loan.

Good morning. I read from your responses about the Petition for Sole administrator of property.

1. Gaano po katagal kumuha nito from court
2. Magkano ang fees and collectibles

Ung bank loan po kasi ay hindi mai progress dahil they require court finality. Sad
