I am a Canadian citizen and would like to marry a filipino citizen.
Any advice would be excepted.
Can i marry her in the Philippines legally?
Do i become a filipino citizen?

Yes you can marry her in the Philippines OR any where in the world, and the same is recognizable as a valid marriage here in the Philippines. Subject to some execeptions
