libel case ..

I'm a 24y/o girl from taguig. Gusto ko po sanang mag file ng libel case against sa taong nanira po sken sa facebook. siniraan po nla ako sa facebook sinabihan po nila ako ng pokpok,mag nanakaw at nag post pa po ng picture ko at nlagyan ng captions na "Ang Babaeng walang pahinga" marami po ang nakakita at nag comment sa mapanirang post n yun. may laban po ba ako pag nag sampa ako nag demanda? Thank you po..

Then, this will be your Prima facie "EVIDENCE" for Libel.

one last thing.. disregard po ba kung ano yung rason nila na nag trigger saknila para siraan ako? or may factor din po yung reasons nila kya nla nagawa yun?

what ever the reasons why nila ginawa yun? stil nag violate sila ng rule.. kung na iingit man sila sa color ng lipstick mo jan sa avatr mo? well thats there problem, not yours! (ang taray) and about sa sugestion ni kaibigang jd888. if stil di mo magwang i print ang mga post and responses ng iba? just simply bring your persoanl computer together with your net cable conection and sa harap ng mga taga pangasiwa. open mo fb mo dun sa pasword na gamit mo.. "yummy_danielle@hotpwet.com :)at ilatag mo at ibilad sa kanilang mga mata ang makatotohanang patunay.. na ikaw ay sinsiiraan ng mek-up sa balat ng fb!!

anyway. just folow the advice of jd888. he knws whats the best for you..

what if may access ka sa fb asawa mo then nakita mo chat nila at pnaloloko a tpics duon...then post mo sa fb na yun sa lahatw ithouit saying anything..juts post heir chat and pics..is that libel?? wala ka naman sinabi amsama..you are making others reach their decision...kasi yun asawa pa naninira na nagloloko frined ko.then now,,nahuli na..nagmamalki pa rin kasi alam nya mabait friend k0o..pero ako sabi ko hiden ako sobra bait.kaya suggest kos a friend ko..post nya kasi para ma clear name nya sa lahat kilala asawa nya d ba at pamilya.

so question is if you post chat nila at pics at wala ka comments...libel ba yun?? salamat.kasi yung account sa asawa naman at binigay nya password sa asawa kasi usapan nila may access sila dalwa sa facebook..nakalimutan lang na delete sa archived kasi hiden magalign sa computer...so hope you can advise..coz medyo malaabo intent law at libel antin sa pinas d b?? salamat po - H

pag nag file na po ako ng case na libel sa korte, gano po katagal yung proseso sa pag labas ng desisyon? ilang months or years? Thank you
