we filed a stafa case against a korean national we were ask to submit evidence including the check that bounced.after 2 times of postphonement the accuse through his lawyer filed a counter affidavit telling us that the case we filed is lacking.Now the prosecutor told us to answer their counter affidavit.Do we have to submit additional evidence//or we will just tell them to look for the evidence that we have submmited.
