Good Day,

May nafile na po na kaso pero hindi na serve ang warrant dahil lumipad po ng ibang bansa yung kinasuhan. Ex ko po yung kinasuhan ko,hindi kami kasal, may anak kami pero wala po sya kahit ilan, kahit kailan na ano man lang naibigay sa bata. Naging emotionally and physicaly abusive din sya sa akin. May pirma po sya sa birth certificate ng bata. Abandonment and economic abuse ang kaso. Alam ko po kung saan sya sa ibang bansa. May magagawa po ba para mapabalik sya sa pinas at maharap ang kaso?

makipag ugnayan po kayo sa opisina ng DFA at ipakita ninyo po ung copy ng complaint saka ung copy ng arrest warrant. makikipag ugnayan po ung dfa sa ating mga consular offices para ipa-tawag sia at harapin ang kaso. nasa sa kanila na po kung irerevoke ung passport nia.

Kung magbakasyon po sya dito sa pinas,
May karapatan pa ba sya na makita ang bata?
Ano po kailangan gawin para maharap na nya ang kaso at hindi makalipad paalis ulit?

The father has his visitorial rights, so yes, he can visit the kids if ever he is in the country.
File a petition for Hold Departure Order to the court where you filed the case, that way if granted he can be prevented from leaving the country.
