actual damages without proof demanded by parents due to motorcycle accident

Good Day to all. I need help with this.



May both parents seek actual damages for their two-day wages, without any receipts, because their son (the aggrieved party) was in fever due to a motorcycle accident? their son is supposed to be the aggrieved party. are we even liable to pay for such? they only demanded transportation fees (to and fro the hospital via taxi), again without receipts, and their two-day salary. it's funny they did not demand any medical expenses. also, is it not unjust enrichment when only one parent can tend to the child? the injury caused by the said accident is only a scraped knee and not life threatening that they should miss their work.

you can ask, but if they refuse, you'll have to compel them through a court case
